COMMISSIONS
• I will ask for payment upfront, please make sure you are fully committed to wanting a commission from me as I do not do refunds unless it's an absolute must.• Do not commission me to create spite/spin-off OCs of other's characters, since that is very disrespectful and rude to the original design. If you give me someone else's character to reference for a commission, I will cancel the transaction and blacklist you.• I am not open to haggling/negotiating prices on my commissions, they are set as they are. Please do not ask me for a discount or other forms of price reduction unless told otherwise.• I can and will decline a commission if it's outside of my comfort zone in terms of what I can do for artwork, please do not make a fuss if I do decline your commission.PAYMENTS
•When doing adopt payments in the form of artwork or customs, please complete them within 1 month. If found to be avoiding/ghosting me for an adopt I will be canceling the transaction.• I will accept vouchers for others on customs, commissions, and adoptables, if I find out the vouch is for a blacklisted user I will immediately cancel the transaction (please notify me who the voucher is for if one is asked for).• I can accept payments for adopts/commissions via PayPal, Venmo, Ko-fi, Points (Adopts only unless specified), and CashApp. Please notify me which method you will be sending the money via.ART/CUSTOM TRADES
• I will usually take a few days to complete the art trade depending on how busy I am, If any issues come up that may delay the trade I will notify you immediately. Please do not rush/pressure me about a deadline if one wasnt set before said trade.• Please try and keep me updated on the progress of the art trade rather than ghosting me. I will be understanding if any changes or issues come up that will not allow you to complete the art trade.• When doing a custom trade with me, I will not be sending the completed custom until your side is completed. This is to prevent people from taking the custom and running with it.DESIGNS
• Do not gift/sell my designs to anyone on my blacklist (will dm if asked to view the list), as they are banned from my designs. If you give a design to a blacklisted user without knowing, you will be let off with a warning but if done again you will be blacklisted as well.• When you receive the adopt, you may do whatever you want with the character you have received. If you decide to change some parts of the design, please try to keep some of the original features of the adopt (ex. clothing or accessories).• When going to sell, give away, or trade the OC away, please notify me of who you are trading it to for me to keep track of who has my designs.• If you go to sell/trade a design of mine that you have received, please at least have 2 pieces of art (not including artwork it came with) before you sell and or trade it. If giving the design away for free/as a gift only, this rule does not apply.• Do not resell a design of mine for more than you purchased it for unless there's added artwork you made or commissioned to be made.• If found out to be a deplorable person, scammer, breaking/broke T.O.S rules, etc. I will revoke designs I have traded with no warning, I am willing to compensate with artwork when revoking said designs I have given/traded.OCS
• Please do not reference/trace/steal/kin any of my OCs. If you are found to be doing so, you will be given a warning at first but if you continue you will be blacklisted.• If you are going to make fanart of my OCs, DO NOT include any OCs in any fetish/NSFW artwork without my written permission, unwanted NSFW makes me very uncomfortable.• Please do not make any offers on my characters since they are forever homed unless stated otherwise.ARTWORK
• If you receive artwork from me via an art trade, commission, raffle prize, etc. Please credit me as the maker of the piece, you can use any of the socials in my profile for credit.• Please do not use my artwork for commercial, NFT, promotional artwork (willing to discuss if asked). If found to be doing so behind my back or without my permission, I will blacklist you.• Do not edit out the watermark/signature in the piece of artwork, as that identifies me as the maker of the artwork and can be looked up for credit if needed.
